The Tokyo office is not open to visitors. All services for Japan are conducted via shipping only.
OH MY GOLDNESS ships worldwide from Hong Kong via SF express, EMS, DHL, with a processing time of 3 to 10 business days upon order confirmation.
According to SF express's website, parcels within Hong Kong are to be delivered in 1-2 business days after dispatch date, while internationalΒ shipments (i.e. Taiwan, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia) areΒ estimated to arrive in 3 to 12 business days.*
For other destinations, the delivery days depends on the shipping companies, normally it takes around 5 to 12 business days.* Please contact us for more details.
