PROCESSING TIME

OH MY GOLDNESS ships worldwide from Japan via EMS, FEDEX, DHL and from Hong Kong via SF express, EMS, FEDEX, DHL, with a processing time of 3 to 10 business days upon order confirmation. After shipment, you will receive a system noticification with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Once dispatched, you can track your parcel online at the shipping company’s website.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

For other destinations, the delivery days depends on the shipping companies, normally it takes around 5 to 12 business days.* Please contact us for more details.

*Shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates due to ongoing global pandemic and high volume of shipments. Thank you for your understanding for the delays you may incur.

SHIPPING

According to SF express's website, parcels within Hong Kong are to be delivered in 1-2 business days after dispatch date, while international shipments (i.e. Taiwan, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia) are estimated to arrive in 3 to 12 business days.*

Shipping costs are to paid by the customer, and cancellations due to shipping costs will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping risks and customs duties for overseas shipments.

We use third party shipping providers to process orders. We are not responsible for any custom fees, duties or tax obligations associated with shipments. We are also not responsible if an order is delayed, lost or damaged after dispatch. 

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the parcel is left unclaimed, a second cost of delivery will be charged from the customer for re-shipment.

TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES

International orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that OH MY GOLDNESS is not responsible for. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of vintage items, orders are not eligible for return or refund and all our sales are final.

OH MY GOLDNESS is not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels. 

OH MY GOLDNESS is not responsible for any damage that ensues from incorrect use or care of the products. To prolong your item's life, please check our Wear & Care page.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the parcel is left unclaimed, the customer will be charged again for the delivery.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

PRODUCTS

Our products are available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

>Our products may show signs of wear or imperfections due to the nature of vintage or second hand. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.  Due to nature of vintage items, our items are not eligible for return or refund and all our sales are final.

PRODUCT CONDITION POLICY

Most of the items sold in our store are pre-owned. It is natural for second-hand and vintage goods to display normal signs of use. Please carefully review the condition and usage of the product before purchasing. Once confirmed, returns for the above reasons will not be accepted. Before purchasing, ensure you fully understand the characteristics of vintage items (e.g., routine maintenance and touch-ups are typical practices to preserve vintage goods). Such situations will not be considered valid grounds for refunds. Additionally, items without functional issues cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. For any after-sales concerns, please notify us within one day of receiving the item. To protect our company’s rights, disputes raised beyond this timeframe will not be entertained. Product Authentication Our company only recognizes authentication reports issued by Entrupy (or similar international certification services such as LegitGrails) or the brand owner. In cases of conflicting results, the brand owner’s determination will be final. Reports from independent third-party individuals will not be accepted as valid reasons for returns or refunds.
