✅ How Our Service Works

📍 Locations:

  • Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (in-person & shipping)

  • Tokyo, Japan (shipping only)

We welcome you to book an in-person authentication service at our Hong Kong studio (by appointment only). Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you the address details.

Simply bring your handbag to our studio for inspection. If the result is ready within opening hours, you can take your item home the same day. If additional review is required, we’ll notify you promptly.

Prefer shipping? You can also send your bag to our Hong Kong office (shipping fee borne by the customer). After authentication, you may pick it up in person or have it shipped back to you within 2–3 business days.

For Japan, we currently offer shipping to our Tokyo office only. Once we receive your item, the result will be sent to you via e-Certification, and your bag will be shipped back within 2–3 business days.
