Due to the nature of vintage items, orders are not eligible for return ,refund or exchange and all our sales are final.

OH MY GOLDNESS is not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels. 

OH MY GOLDNESS is not responsible for any damage that ensues from incorrect use or care of the products. To prolong your item's life, please check our Wear & Care page.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, or if the parcel is left unclaimed, the customer will be charged again for the delivery.

As each item is one-of-a-kind and pre-owned, all sales are final. We kindly ask that customers review all photos and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. We’re always happy to answer questions or provide additional images if needed.

Once an item has been used, we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for any wear or changes that may naturally occur — such as interior stretching, hardware shifts, or material fading — which are part of the aging process and depend greatly on how each item is handled.
